Then we prepare your home with some decluttering or staging or both.

We’ll move on to open houses and showings.

And then come the offers, home inspections, purchase & sale agreements, and closings.

Throughout the process, I’ll help you communicate with all the players along the way, from the movers, stagers, & cleaners to the lawyers & accountants.
