Let’s get together and do a deep dive into what is important to you in your home search quest. I will be asking lots of targeted questions to find out what is important for you to love your home.
We will talk about how you wish to live in the space, what is needed for you to thrive in the space, and for your family members if applicable to thrive in the space. I want to understand your day-to-day life so we can find a home that has the energy flow you will feel most at home in.
I will also educate you on the home-buying process, so you can anticipate what to expect and in turn, we can try and keep stress to a minimum.
Lastly, by spending our time together, I will get a feel for your energy, and then match that up with the homes energies that we tour. Energy changes and shifts all the time, but I feel each home carries with it a specific energy based on how it sits on the land and the land itself.
Buying a HOME is HUGE and IMPORTANT and I want you to energetically flow with your HOME!

When you choose to work with me to sell your home you can be assured that we will be evaluating the current energy of your home and land.
If it needs to be improved for a successful sale, we will discuss the best ways to work with the energy to ensure it is uplifted, flows freely, and is supportive of the sale of your property.
Of course, we will also be going over all the nitty gritty details, disclosures, financial expectations, and how to sell your property with the most ease and least amount of stress.
Evaluate the energy of a property or land
Are you living outside of Eastern North Carolina, but would still like for me to evaluate the energy of the home or land you are considering purchasing? I can do that!
Just send me the listing (Zillow works) and I will feel into the home and the land using the listing information and Google Earth.
Land and space clearings
Whether purchasing or selling a home I feel strongly you should always have the land and the home professionally cleared from any residual energy from past occupants.
This can be done remotely.
